Reiki Courses

Reiki First Degree Course

Suitable for beginners, this two half-day course will enable you to offer Reiki to friends, family, or animals. (Please note: Reiki First Degree does not permit you to charge clients for treatments.) You will also be eligible to progress to Reiki Second Degree, should you wish to continue your journey.

Students will experience and practice many aspects of Reiki in a safe and supportive space.
No prerequisites required. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Maximum of 4 students per course.

Course Includes:

The history of Reiki
What Reiki is and how it works
The chakras
⟡ The Reiki Principles
Four attunements to the Reiki energy
⟡ How to carry out a self-treatment
How to give a Reiki treatment to others

Case studies and reflective practice:
To complete the course, students are required to submit a minimum of 3 Reiki case studies (1 client, 3 treatments).

Reiki Second Degree Course

For those who wish to deepen their Reiki journey after completing their Reiki First Degree, this one-day course will enhance your abilities and give you the confidence to treat others professionally as a qualified Reiki practitioner.

Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Maximum of 4 students per course.
Prerequisites: Completion of my Usui Reiki First Degree course, or submission of relevant case studies from another training provider.

 Reiki Second Degree Course Includes:

 The Reiki symbols and their uses
 How to send Reiki to the past, present, and future
 Guided practice in distance Reiki
 A further Reiki attunement
 Guidance on offering Reiki professionally as a therapist
